No Heat Magazine Curls with An Easy and Quick Valentines Day Hair Tutorial

This method is a great replacement to my straw curls method one because I know that some of you don't have straws.

So basically, in this tutorial I actually made bigger curls. If you want tight curls then simple make the rolls smaller. :)
