Taylor Momsen Makeup Inspired Look- Tutorial

Hey guys so today I did a Taylor Momsen Makeup Inspired look.

I had fun making this look! I saw her pics and some of her music videos, and I always stare at her makeup. Haha..

I like how she can pull off dark Smokey eyes. It does complement her blue eyes.

So I kind of recreated the look, this is something that would fit my eye shape.

I made it very easy to do. I only used 4 colors!

Which are: Black, Brown, and White also kind of like a skin toned shade.

And of course one of her signature look is her red lips!

So I tinted my lips with the Scarlet Red from Ever Bilena!

Also, bare with me...I'm testing out the lighting's!

Oatmeal Mask to Smoothen Your Skin Fast

So this mask is basically going to make skin smoother, softer and oil free. You should feel its effect ones you’ve wash your face.

This kind of like an old trick my mom taught me. She and her sister were into using this mask when they were my age.

So here are the ingredients:

2 tablespoons of oat meal

Evaporated milk (I’m using the Alpine) it’s like the milk on the can here in my country.

1 Calamansi/ lemon

Now, regarding on the milk, you might have some questions. I used the evaporated milk because I personally think it works best, rather than using powered milk.
For the Calamansi: If you do not have Calamansi in your country then you can use lemon.

Procedure:

Get a container and put in the 2 tablespoons of oatmeal. Next, pour in the milk. Concerning about the measurement you just really have to eyeball this. Basically we are aiming for a pasty/muddy consistency, but then again it’s up to you if you want it to be a little bit saucy (Like my sister, she likes it saucy) then add in more milk.

You have to be aware that the muddy and the pasty your solutions is, the tighter it’s going to feel on your skin. You might want to wash it off quickly if it starts to super harden on your face.

Next, you are going to add in the calamansi/lemon juice. Squeeze the juice off the calamansi/lemon

Mix all the solutions together (Please refer on the video that I made to thoroughly understand this procedure) If you think the consistency is quite thick then just add in more milk.

Application:
You are going to need a face brush. I used my e.l.f foundation to help me apply this mask on my face because it can be quite messy using my fingers. ( As you’ve seen in the video the dripping of the mask part is gross) lol.

Apply this all over your face, but leave the eye area untouched. In other words DO NOT APPLY NEAR OR AROUND YOUR EYE AREA! Because if you have sensitive eyes, they said your eyes can get irritated.

While applying this mask you can put tea bags on your lids protect your eyes.
This mask can cover up about 3-5 faces so this is perfect to make if you are having a slumber party with your friends.

NOTE: Make sure that you are not allergic to any of the ingredients listed above.
